Professional Experience

Paul holds a BA in Secondary Education and Spanish from Western New Mexico University. He is also an ordained Christian minister with 20 years of ministerial experience. He’s worked as a youth and associate pastor as well as a long-term missionary and translator for various non-denominational teams. He also led and established a feeding program for children and families in a small Mexican border town for five years before passing it on to his local trained leadership who could more effectively steward the program.

With a strong appeal to non-profit organizations, the education arena, churches, and other mission-minded organizations, Paul equips leaders with the tools necessary to effectively communicate and train others, the courage and clarity to dream beyond their current circumstances, and the support and strategies to step into the potential they know is within them.

Hobbies & Interests

At the start of the pandemic, ending a decade-long career as a high school language teacher, Paul founded Lemieux Leadership Solutions, a company born out of his desire to help transformational leaders further develop themselves and their people. Through high impact coaching, training, and speaking, his goal is to help influencers to make tangible impact in the lives of those they serve, their communities, and the world at large through a values-based, people-centered approach.

Married with 3 amazing sons who are each leaders in training, Paul makes his home in the beautiful Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts, where together, he and his family hike, bike, and enjoy the arts and culture of the region all year long. In addition to running his company, he volunteers locally in a number of capacities, offers his services pro bono, and serves on a local board geared towards enhancing the economy and quality of life in his city.
